Kookua.com Review: three offices wholesaler, product reviews & scam investigation

kookua.com review

I thought Kookua.com should have large spend on Google. Their advert position always stayed at the last two. After further review, I finally figured out that their listings only allowed them to launch small Google advertisement campaign.

About Kookua.com

Kookua.com is owned by a trading company, which also has its offices in Shenzhen and Hongkong. Beijing office, listing as the customer contact address, handles all technical and customer care issues. The Shenzhen office is a sourcing offices and shipping center. The discrepancy of the offices locations may bring a totally different user experience.

Kookua.com Products

Thought Kookua.com`s slogan is wholesale products center, it only offers limited electronics products on its website. Most of electronics products are electronics accessories without brands. However, the star products of kookua.com should be those fake cellphones. I donot what is “4GS cellphone” but it do make me conjure up the legendary iphone 4G.
My concern is that most of their brand cellphone, such as Nokia, should be refurbished or fake ones. Just take a look at the pictures of their cellphone: most of them seems to be copied from other cellphone review websites.

Beebuyer.com Review: Fake Seller ID,Fake Feedback Score? Any scam?

beebuyer.com review

Beebuyer.com`s Google adverts are always there when I search something related china wholesale. It is my time to release my review. One interesting point is  they may invest a lot, for their interface is totally different when I put it into our China wholesalers list.

1 Beebuyer.com is a wholesalers or wholesale marketplaces?

I am quite confused about beebuyer.com, for they really look like a wholesalers but in the item listing page you can “wholesalers info”, including a feedback score.
Then it has a seller`s homepage link in its page footer. I used Google translated to look around. I found there are just a few posts on their Q&A section and the posting time is not continuous.
Finally I think Beebuyer.com is just another wholesaler which pretends to be a wholesale marketplace. My conclusion is based on the followings:

  • Seller Profile does not show any info
  • Feedback score has no details, no specification for calculating this score, even in their help section and FAQ, there is no words for this important score
  • Some of their Pictures have the logo mark of other websites.
  • Most of their product descriptions are the same, even in the description of a prom dress, they still using the begin” We are a professional wedding dresses design” ( It also means most of the seller have the same product description)

2 is Beebuyer.com`s buyer friendly?

Smallvolume.com Review: when marketplace looks like wholesaler;product, services & scam review

Smallvolume.com review
Smallvolume.com looked like a wholesaler. In fact, it was much like a marketplace. It used Amazon.com`s model to recruit lots of suppler selling on its website. Without emphasis, most of buyer would believe that they deal with the smallvolume.com.

About Smallvolume.com

Smallvolume.com was hold by a taobao seller (Just like Ebayer in the west). That was why we thought smallvolume.com was another wholesaler at the first time. It operated site touchkiss.com.
In its website, smallvolume.com claimed to be operated and owned by a Hongkong Company with another operation office in Singapore. It should be their offshore company, which may use for banking and settlement, what was more, use a non-china company invest in China would get tax cut!

Products in Smallvolume.com

We found the following disclaimer in every product page
“Disclaimer: The supplier GOCS is responsible for accuracy of this listing with regards to images, description and pricing information. Is this item eligible for entry to your country? Please see our export policies “
It seemed that most of their products were provided by suppliers. However, we found most of their suppliers only have a few products uploaded. It did not make senesces. It seemed that most of the suppliers were made by themselves: they only a few products on hand so that they allocated each product for one supplier. In this way, buyer may feel there was lots of supplier on its site.
If you searched site:smallvolume.com on Google, you would know there was only 149000 pages on this site. It meant suppliers were just a few and not very active. (I hope this points was easy to understand for ebayer: would you upload 1 or 2 item on Ebay for your Ebay business)

Services

We found that Smallvolume.com`s staff had a long discussion with its potential buyers. That staff was from Singapore. My concern was whether their China office has the same level communication skill? Need further watching!

Tradeage.com Review: Hold By A WOW Gold Scammer? Or An Emerging Wholesale Marketplace?

Tradeage.com review

We listed tradeage.com in our China Wholesaler Watching List for many its Google adverts were detected. Many infringing photos delivered an illusion of good qualities for their products. We thought we had found another emerging wholesaler, and then its marketplace position interested our eyes. Its association with other site also led us to go further. Just check how far we have gone below.

1 Who build Tradeage.com? Hold by a scammer?

Before telling the stories about tradeage.com, I need to delivery some basic knowledge about World of Warcraft Gold (AKA WOW gold): some Chinese would “farm” virtual currencies in the Game “Word of Warcraft”. Some game players would buy those Golds when they had no time to earn the virtual currencies themselves.

The admin contact No. of Tradeage.com was also recorded in another domain: www. oofay.com , A WOW Gold Seller. This merchant sold millions of virtual currencies in the most popular Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games.
The good news was their selling business had already opened for more than 4 years; the bad news was oofay.com were complaint by its users a lot. You can see comments like: Oofay scam, Oofay failed to hold website promise. In fact most the complaints were related with delivery delay of the “Gold”

2 About Tradeage.com Services

“They don’t sign on to msn and when they do they ignore you. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return emails, and the live chat takes 2+ hours to get someone and when you do they lie to you.”
That was a complaint for its mother company. If tradeage were operated by the same group of people, they would have the same services. You might also not expect that they could understand what you talking about, especially products related issue

3 Tradage.com Sellers? How about the products

Myeglobal.com Review: Under-developing Marketplace & Associated With Pandahall.com

Myeglobal.com Review
It seemed more and more difficult to dig more about China Wholesale Marketplace. We recently found a new Marketplace called myeglobal.com. It was a very small marketplace with a 130000+ Alexa ranking. According to our experience, Myeglobal.com might only have a few visitors. For those visitors` benefits, we decided to provide and share our professional voices here.

1 The background of the Myeglobal.com

If you were a frequent visitor of our websites, you should remember we released a review on Pandahall.com. We stumbled on a familiar domain popup, and then we linked pandahall.com and myeglobal.com together.
According to the domain checking info, gyguoguo @ hotmail.com was recorded as the contact email, and Guo Young as the administrator. It was the same of pandahall.com

Mr. Guo owned/operated the two companies. There was the possibility that Mr. Guo was a domain selling agent, however, domain agency should always used a business email as the contact rather than a hotmail account.

2 Products on Myeglobal.com

As what we stated on the previous review on Pandahall.com, Pandahall.com focused on jewelries. That was why myeglobal.com promoted jewelries on its home page with almost other categories empty. (That was another strong evident that padahall.com were associated with myeglobal.com). It was very interesting when you click the home banner for you can see lots of products there, but none would lead you to the product listing page.
It should be under developing.

3 Something about the seller feedback.

The seller profiles were also fake, just check the feedback record,
