Linkchina.com Review: Status Quo, Products, Users Complaints, Scam & More

LinkChina.com Review

Linkchina.com was one of the early founded china wholesale marketplace. In its early stage, linkchina.com almost cloned every single details of DHgate.com, including categories, function, user profiles. Using follow strategies did not made linkchina.com follow the success of dhgate.com. Let`s check what was the story in linkchina.com

1 The relationship between linkchina.com and dhgate.com

Linkchina.com and dhgate.com were operated by different companies, however, there was a scandal between these two wholesale marketplaces. A dhgate.com staff, which had the access to the clients’ data, joined linkchina.com and used the stolen data to promote linkchina.com. It might be the reasion why linkchina.com copied everything from DHgate.com, even the seller names. They might plan to give an illusion that they were associated with DHgate.

2 Linkchina.com scam? Unsecure escrow services and user complaints

I believed it was unenviable for a small wholesale marketplace to stop scam, especially when it was small. Escrow heavily depended on the payment system. Not like the west internet company, most of the china wholesale marketplaces do not put buyers’ benefits in the first priority. So, even you complaint to them, they will not kill the sellers but telling you communicate with seller to solve it first. If you file complaint on PayPal, they even will ignore your voices for their policy was not cover not-as-description transaction.

That was why we found some post saying linkchina.com was a totally a fraud in the PayPal community.

Another awful key fact was the company staff may open stores, or the company put some stores there. It would jeopardize the buyer protection for so many other benefits were involved. Even if they could recruit sellers, they would stand on the seller site in order to preventing the sellers losing. Our research showed that linkchina.com did not have much active sellers and they did not have much aggressive seller recruiting campaigns.

3 Linkchina.com status quo

Just like another similar small wholesale marketplace site, tradmic.com, Linkchina.com was highly suspectable for manipulating the sellers` profiles. Just search “Nokia” or other similar cell phone brand terms in linkchina.com, you could see just a few sellers there. Of course, there was another possibilities that linkchina.com was dominated by a few power sellers. In my point of view, the chance was just a little.

4 Linkchina.com Products

Fake items, branded items, refurbished items were almost filled in the whole marketplace. We were tried to get deeper but one point should be emphasis: the pictures of the products were not taken by the seller, but citing from other IT and consumer electronics portals. They executed the “copy” strategies again.

5 Conclusion

Linkchina.com was a small wholesale marketplace with suspicious manipulating behaviors.

My name is jonk and I am a drop shipper in US. I’m a registered buyer on
LinkChina.com. I am dealing with all electronic products, especially with cello
phones. LinkChina.com is the best supplier for me; they did a great job on my
every transaction. I have been doing business with linkchina.com for over 2
months. On this site, the Chinese seller provides the best production for me, so
I have been able to make huge profit margins. To be honest, I have to say,
thanks LinkChina.com to bring this. Now I have many items to sell with
warranty, all my customers are as happy as I am. Thank you for changing my
business life and offering me another way with my work.

Of course Linkchina is legitimate website, which just do like what eBay do, and
also has strong customer protection and safe payment via Paypal. And there is a
special point, that might different with eBay, is that most of the products they
sell on the website are made in China. That’s why it always cheaper than the
other trading website that you know before.
