Beltal.com? New Scammer or Not ? - Reviews on the Beltal.com`s Credibility, Services & More

 Many times, when I searched wholesale, a company`s name pop up on the SERP ( Search Engine Result Page), I have no much interesting on posting on an reivew for it since I found more and more similar Dhgates. But the question still came to my mind, why there were so many “copied Dhgate” ?  My judgement was there must be a booming in the buyer demands which was highly related  with the financial tsunami.It is the crisis that turns all the normal people to cheap commodities for living.

At this points, it is the responsibility that ReviewFBI should stand out say something and broadcast our points of view to help those need. Is Beltal a scam site? How about their services ? Is there any fraud out there ? Beltal Sucks ?.... We will try to answer one by one

 Just another China Wholesale marketplace, like dhgate. 

Is Beltal a scam site?

For the tust issue, let`s look at its domain! Scam site can not live more than 1 years, since lots of vitamins will report and complaint. Here is the domain info I got from domaintool.com

This basic research told me that it is not a scam site, You can also got the same conclusion on 419legal forum.  

Is there any fraud out there ?

Yes and No. As far As we stated, it is a wholesale platform like dhgate.com, so you are dealing with the sellers, who may be company or retailer , even individual. Are there any fraud on ebay and craiglist? I think so. Thus, you never expect that there is any scam free platform you can trusted.

However, you can review the seller by its trading record and reputation.

 How to review the seller ?

Just look go to product listing page or the seller`s home page, you can see the seller info. There is a credit score and positive feedback % that you can learn more about your sellers.  

How about their services?

Not sure at this moment, But for your benefit, We would like to give a snapshot on its buyer protection services work flow. Once you meet any trouble, you may get help more quickly and efficient

★Stage1  Dispute Issued:
The buyer opens a dispute. When a dispute is opened, we try not to get in too soon and encourage both parties negotiate for a resolution.

★Stage2 Negotiation:
   *Situation1: If the buyer and the seller reach a resolution agreement within 10 business days, the dispute would be handled in accordance with the agreement;
    *Situation2: If no agreement could be reached within 10 business days after the dispute is opened, you may submit the dispute to Beltal Dispute Team for arbitration;

★Stage3 Submit for Arbitration:
The buyer shall submit the dispute for arbitration if no agreement could be reached within 10 business days after the dispute is opened.
    *Situation1:If the buyer fails to submit the dispute for arbitration within 5 business days as requested, he/she would be regarded to have renounced the pleading right and agreed to payment release.
    *Situation2: If the seller and the buyer could reach a resolution agreement within the 5-day period, the dispute would be handled in accordance with the agreement;
    *Situation3: If no agreement could be reached within the 5-day period, the dispute would be carried on for arbitration.

★Stage4: Arbitration:
     *Situation1: For items-not-received disputes, the dispute team would bring an outcome of the dispute within 15 business days after it is submitted for arbitration.
     *Situation2: For Items-received-significantly-not-as-described disputes, both the seller and the buyer would be requested to submit evidence to support their statement. Sufficient competent evidence should be submitted within 3 business days as requested. The channel for submitting evidenc2: e would be closed in 3 business days. The dispute team would bring an outcome of the dispute within 15 business days after it is submitted for arbitration.

Many of their sellers sell on ebay but if you shop through the seller in Beltal it is cheaper as it is at wholesale prices. I have then in turn sold products on eBay with a mark up. I have had a few things from Beltal with no problems. I will say that one or too items didnt come and they are not the best for communication but that is mainly because they are middle men. But with the escrow service you do get your money back if there is a problem. I would give Beltal 8 out of 10. Reply 0   0

Tess  - Horrible Experience. Avoid at all cost   |70.51.238.xxx |2009-10-06 18:47:37 Bought a dress off Beltal.com, seller was "bags-watch168". He sent the wrong dress, not at all the one I ordered and already paid $150 for. I tried to contact him several times (15) about returning it and getting the one I ordered and he never responded, not even once. I submitted the matter to Beltal for arbitration and sent pictures of the dress I received as evidence. They were useless. They wanted me to pay for the S&H cost to send it back to China and wait for the seller to sign that he received it and I would receive a "part refund". I decided to keep the dress and sold it on kijiji. I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this company,specifically, this seller. Reply 0   0

annie  - Best site   |124.186.102.xxx |2009-10-16 22:25:30 I have been using Beltal for a couple of years.I have been very happy with the service & products from most of the sellers I have used.I have had occasion to use the dispute procedure & found Beltal to be very fair. It's like any site you have good & bad sellers.If you are unsure only use the Gold sellers & read their feedback comments, it just gives you some insight into what other people's experiences with the seller were like.Myself I highly recommend Beltal.
