Tootoomart is a new Chinawholesale website. It is one of the wholesale marketplace on our watch list. Today we will review some hit topic for this new China wholesale marketplaces. 

Are they legal?

Tootoomart is a subsidiary of Ninetowns Internet Technology Group Company Limited. NINETOWNS was founded in 1995 and listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange since December 2004 under the symbol "NINE" as the first listed Chinese software company by then. As the leading provider of online solutions for international trade, Ninetowns enables over 130,000 enterprises to accelerate the declaration process by using its import/export e-filing services and occupies about 90% market share.
Its mother company also have a website called tootoo.com, a vertical product search engine.

How to make a deal

It is the same model with DHgate, tradetang, beltal, the other wholesale marketplace we have reviewed. Just like shopping. It share the same escrow processe: you buy the product;tootoomart hold your payment; after you confirm the receiving , tootoomart release the payment to the seller.

What if you are srammed ?

Remmember to file “Dispute” once you feel you have been scrammed :
Dispute Principles:
1) Items not received after payment fulfillment
2) Items Significantly not as described
The order will be frozen after buyer opens a dispute, both the buyer and seller can’t do anything about the order until the dispute resolved.
Dispute process:
•"My tootoomart". Log on to "My Account" .
•Click the "Dispute" link of the corresponding order and freeze it.
•Communicate with the customer servicer and submit the proof.
•Buyer and seller negotiate to resolve the dispute.

Can I review the reputation of the seller? 

You can review the seller`s reputation buy clicking the feedback button on the buyerinfo section on the product listing page, just as below.

How about the product?

More and more info showed that products on the wholesale marketpalce had different quality. We recommend that review a seller is much more important than reviewing the products. Fake items, such as cellpone, handbag are very command.

The site is run by a group of scammers. Beware! They will steal your money if
you don't open a dispute with Papal!

I pay for a sunglasses and i got a wedding dress. After a month of trying to get
my money back or the product that I ordered I
opened a dispute with Papal after
that the thinks move very quick got my money back and I keep a wedding dress
that I don't have use for. Some seller are honest but if you find one that isn't
you have to include PayPal right away on yours dispute.

I ordered what I thought was a legitimate order for a very pretty ring
and paid through PayPal...the Co. fromm tootoomart.com has said my order is
being held up because my money hasn't been paid. PayPal shows the Co. has rec'd
$$$. What to do now? am i dealing with scammers???

I just tried to use the site to order some jewelry. First, I don't believe it
is legit with the low prices. But I put a few items in my cart, then tried to
review and remove an item. The cart automatically emptied the items to
"Ordered" status and assigned a shipping method without my input. I
don't think I have any obligation to conclude a purchase at this point, but do
not appreciated the frustrating experience. I can't seem to go back to the cart
or access anything except the orders which are now waiting to be paid.

they are total scammers , be carefull BUYERS ..the items are FAKE ..the
descriptions are tricky ..ALL is a lie ...I dont get why payPal trust them ...
offer them business . Anyway BE carefull dont buy anything

I have used them a few times and so far I have had no problems. I have ordered a
mobile, laptop and some clothing and all have come in reasonable time and good
working order!!

We orderd In-Stylers from a seller on TooTooMart.com and have been
waiting for over a month now. The only way I have gotten anywhere is follow the
tracking and wait till 1a.m. our time so that I can talk to someone live chat
instead of leaving word. Having the order number is very important, I have
tracked mine to Jamaica NY only 1 1/2 and it finally made it to the states just
not my house. I opened a full investigaiton from with the USPS

Sorry to be the bearer of bad nws but all i phones on Tootoomart are actually
Hi-phone or Sci-phone. Basically look and function similarly but will not
support anything from Apply like applications or i-tunes. Also battery life is
usually crap. open a dispute with paypal and tell them it was counterfeit goods
and youll get a refund. Best of luck.

convince a buddy what I already believed. Stay away potential buyers. ITS TOO
GOOD TO BE TRUE AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
