Exclusive：Reviews on Aliexpress Iphone app

I got Aliexpress`s iPhone app, when I searched “wholesale” on iTune store. It was the first iPhone by the Chinese wholesalers.  I just want to share some of my personal user experiences with this app.

Any cool functions?

One of the outstanding functions was chatting with Seller via Ali Trade Manager.  I could not find such similar functions in other web store app. The integrated chat function just made communication more easily in both presale and post sale. 

Its search function was also quite impressive. You could refine the search via the filters.

Its shopping cart and sigh up process was simple and easy, just like other apps. However, you had to go back your computer to continue the process of entering shipping address and check out.

Limited functions on the shopping cart made this app a little silly. It would be too silly to provide any standardized sign up: there was no reminder for my sigh up status, no email notification and registration confirmation.  I finally confirmed that my registration succeeded only when I turned back to my heavy laptop and sigh in. I did find items I added to the shopping cart just now in the iPhone.

The most valuable function for this app was its order checking function. You could check your order status any time via iPhone.

There was no comments and rating on this silly app so it should not be very popular.

The future

The buying experiences was integral, especially for those business sourcing, which required a more serious attitude, rather than cool and easy. Without any breakthrough on image browsing, check out and speed, the app would never be the hero.
