ACTfind.com Review: Another Scammer Or A Better Supplier? 

Recently I had make some reviews on another China Electronics Seller-Actfind.com, which was listed at the top places when you search China wholesale electronics. Acfind.com`s slogan was “think global, act local”, which was quite vivid for its business concept. Is it the ultimate wholesaler we are looking for? Let`s go further in the following reviews

1 ACTfind.com Registration info

The domain registration info is consistent with the website contact us info in following sections:
City: both recorded in Shenzhen
Phone No: both has the same initial No.

The domain admin was Kevin Ma, whose email address is This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Ha ha, if you have any trouble with the customer services staff, I think you can escalate your issues to him.
Here is the company address, which is not listed on the website.
RM1216, 12F, East Building 4, SEG Technology Park , Futian,
Shenzhen, P.R.China Post Box: C-15, Zip Code: 518028
I can see that the zip code is the same as the one recorded on domaintools.com

Further checking shows that actfind.com`s organization- actusglobal registers two other domains, actusglobal.com and qxian.com, which is a Chinese website selling fake make-up product - according to my chinese friends.

2 Is ACTfind.com legal?

One details may help us to find the answers. You can see a McAfee Secure verification on actfind.com. McAfee Secure will require that the website provide business info and other info to handle the verification.
As far as I knew, not so many Chinese wholesalers invest this “unnecessary” money to buy a secure services.

3 ACTfind.com Scam

Lots of the threads have been submitted on bw.net, thewholesaleforum.co.uk and yahoo answer. However, one of the listing in firetrust.com surprise me. ACTfind.com was in “the bigger listed of Chinese scammer” without specific and further expression.

My points of view is that we need to take care of ACTfind.com, never act as a white mouse.

4 ACTfind.com Products

Fake, Fake and still Fake. It did not supersize us for most of the Chinese wholesaler did the same. However, ACTfind.com used “similar”, “ style” …to highline the products as “copied” one. Please did not ask dummy question such as “whether the product is brand or not”.

5 ACTfind.com Return & Warranty Policy

It provide a document for user to learn more its return policy. Here are some highline:

• Non-defective items returned within 7 days will be charged a 7% restocking fee.
• Non-defective items returned after 7 days and up to 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• Non-defective items returned after 30 days. can’t return to change. Only can repair.
• All non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 7% Restocking fee.
•  free shipping, a $7.95 minimum or actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund

You had better not refund for you will may have at least 7% lose and need to cover thee return fee. What is more, you need to ship back the item for repair, though it claimed “All of our items are guaranteed by us for 1 full year or longer unless stated otherwise. The warranty work is provided by us”

My conclusion for ACTfind.com was if you are a wholesaler for simple and small electronic gear, you may have a try on this site; if you are dropshipper, ACTfind.com may not so good for you business .

After a number of month: Result nothing. I tell you do not ever waste your money buying chinese gfood and paying them. All of them are crook. I also end up wasting over two thousand actfind.com and 1500 shopping via chinavasion.com result very disapoing wasit of money and unfunction and collection of rubish. they are bastaed robing inocent people.
