Simsimgate.com Review: legit seller in China or Malaysia? Or another scammer?

When we talked about buying from those China wholesaling websites, we always assumed the seller was from China. It proved to be an old hat concept as we made research on Simsimgate.com, which hold by a Malaysia company. It was quite an interesting case study.

1 Who the hell is Caravan Global Business Sdn.Bhd?

We found the Caravan Global Business Sdn.Bhd operated simsimgate.com. Lots of related posts were found online. We also found the same company held other domains: zawamall.com, alybuy.com. In those websites, they claimed to be a legit company, registered in Malaysia, souring in China and operating in the above two counties.
It was quit fucking funny that they did not list their China office in simsimgate.com while listed it in zawamall.com and alybuy.com
Their Shenzhen Offices address:

It had been approved that their Malaysia address was just a virtual offices address, which allowed they forward mail and phones to other locations.
It was hard to convince that they were qualified business thought they had lots of certificated.

2 How about their products

One staff from simsimgate.com confirmed that all their brand items had no differences with other fake brand items listed in other Chinese sites. Yep… For they sourced from the same markets.

For the boss was not a local citizen, I really doubted whether she/he could pitch all the cool things. (34% of Malaysians were Chinese, who can speak Chinese. Just like Britisher and American, we still had so many different, not to mention doing business)
The complaints on line also showed my concerns reasonable.

3 Services of Simsimgate.com

It was not so cool to hide the operation center address. It was not so cool to argue with clients online. Simsimgate.com just did the above. Their staff might have good English but lack of understanding and respect for the online communities – their staff doubt the faith of fraudwathch.org.

4 Simsimgate.com Scam?

Go to this thread; listen to how those real user comments at this issue. Complaints were found and negative comments were there.

5 Conclusions

They had no advantages in both services and products. They did not have many resources to serve you: judging from their scale, they should be operated by a small group of people.

I have used many dropshipper from china including lightinthebox, actfind.com, epathchina.com and davismicro.com. and i got problem almost with all, some with prodcut quality issue, some with shipment delay and my customers got angry with me, at the end i set up with simsimgate.com. because their product and service is much better then all others although its not 100% perfect. they never delay my shipment (mostly cheap chinese cell phone i order from them), and provide shipment tracking number immediately after package sent out. and warranty service also ok. one of my customer got problem with his phone after 2 weeks, i return it to their shenzhen office, whithin 2 weeks time they replace new phone and send it back to my customer, my customer was very happy from my service even. what is wrong if co...
