Beyeshop.com Review: An Influential Sources Platform or A Fraud？

I have a business partner who always commutes between HongKong and USA asking my opinion about an online wholesaler beyeshop.com, as he is considering buying a watch from it for his wife but he cannot tell whether this is a fraud or not; to give him a clear picture, I decided to do a thorough research about beyeshop.com.

Background research: 8 Years History & Multi-location

Beyeshop.com was established in 2002. It mainly engages in selling leather goods, eyeglasses, watches, 925 silver jewelry, golf and wood made watches and so on, which covered the areas of the Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, but recently it is seeking to expend market to western countries like USA and Canada. You may think that beyeshop.com should be located in Guangzhou, China, since most of their cooperated factories are found in Guangzhou, but it is actually in Shenzhen; so when beyeshop.com claims to be a global wholesale and distributing network founded by 20-30 manufacturers, I really doubt if these manufacturers really have such close relation with beyeshop, I even doubt if these so-called factories are indeed some shabby workshops, since I cannot not find the factories it lists online.

Payment Terms & Wholesale Project

Beyeshop.com accepts Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank of China and Paypal, which seems buyer-friendly, but if you look closer, you will find it actually has strict payment terms that is not good news for customers. First of all, you can only pay by Paypal if your amount is less than USD200; on the other hand, if you place a big wholesale order, your option is limited to Western Union and Bank Transfer. What is more, samples are not free nor can you get them in wholesale price. Beyeshop said this is a measure to prevent and avoid some customers to sell by retail by getting samples and meanwhile to make fair for all the wholesale members. But in my point of view, this is because they want to grab every penny from buyers as they can.

Beyeshop Guarantee?

Except for repair&return guarantee, Beyeshop also promise all the merchandizes can be passed successfully through China customs, if the merchandizes seized in the border of China, they will be responsible for all the losses occurred. We know that every country is encouraging exporting more than importing, so the custom is stricter in checking the import goods than the export goods. Beyeshop wants to arouse buyer’s interest by making lots of promises, but most of them are nonsense.

Altogether, I won’t recommend my friend to buy from this unfaithful seller.

Recently, I found this beyeshop.com is down and display a legal notification from tiffany. It seemed that tiffany finally took legal action toward beyeshop.com

However, beyeshop.com just launched its new domain, beyeshop.us. which used the same beyeshoplogo.
