Okbuynow. com is an online wholesale shop delivering products like Cell Phones, MP3 and Media Players, Digital Camera and Camcorders, Clothing and Apparels, Toys and Hobbies, Car Accessories, and Jewelries. They are gaining attention by saying that they are providing quality products at the lowest price direct from China to all worldwide destinations. But a research about it tells me this is a scam company whose website is stolen and copied from Pandawill.com.

Located in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, okbuynow is fairly new that its business was built in 2008. To competing in the red sea of online electronic wholesale, okbuynow makes its way by selling branded goods at low prices, though they have unbranded goods. “Miss a discount, you’ll miss a discount!” is their ad words, which means this is a good opportunity for you to buy discount goods, once miss it, you’ll regret in the rest of your life. That is an overstatement, of course, but you must be aware of being beaten by their “unbeatable prices”.

Saying about okbuynow’s customer service, I would like to complain about its chat support. It is the most confusing and disappointing chat experience I’ve ever have. To test their service, I have once chatted with “Lisa” asked about my order 20101027. She asked me why there was another order for the DHL fee and I explained that I went to the chat as usual and Lisa gave me the link to pay that 7 USD fee for DHL express. Then Lisa went away for about 35 minutes (didn't type anything like "one moment or anything" and came back then and said "one sec" and then disconnected. Of course, I don't care much since this is just a test, but if another customer experiences the same, he/she will be mad.

If you browse these two websites, you’ll find that they look like a lot! They have similar frameworks, similar products and pictures, even similar terms. But they are not sister websites. Pandawill is owned by Danhonghaotian International Trade Co., Ltd and has two sister websites r4bay.com (a gaming and gadget accessory site) and sweety16.com (a NSFW lingerie site). Recently, PayPal featured Jay, the founder of PandaWill.com, present in one of their promotional videos.
