Tidebuy.com review: 5000+wedding dresses wholesaler? Any scam ?

Tidebuy.com claimed that they had 5000+ wedding dresses. The website is tidy and all the pictures are good. Let`s check this new wholesaler.

1 About Tidebuy.com, any associated relationship?

According to our domain search, tidebuy.com was owned by Beijing located company, both the registered phone No. and contact address were consistent: +86-010-64476833, which was its official contact No.
It did not have associated relationship with other websites, according to the investigations we handled.
Its Paypal account also shared the same email address with the domain This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . However, Paypal record showed it just created in Sep 2010.

2 Products? 5000+wedding dresses?

I found tidebuy.com via its adverts on Google. It did surprise me for its products. I just made an AB comparison between Lightinthebox.com and tidebuy.com. (For I think lightinthebox.com is one of the leading suppliers for that category)
My new method for product research was the SKU – AKA a unique ID marked by its manufacture or supplier!

When those Chinese wholesalers listed the products, they have to list the SKU so that they can notify their supplier to send the related products to you.  We search 10 SKU of tidebuy.com`s products in lightinthebox.com, nothing turn up in lightinthebox.com. However, Google told us that those SKUs listed on another wedding wholesale website: weddingdresses100.com
The 5000+ wedding dresses seemed to be cool. Its price also competitive as most of the items were free shipping!
For other products, they still work on them. Soon I think tidybuy.com would bring more surprise to us.

4 Conclusions

No one will doubt the diversity of its wedding dress, but I was still suggest you hold your money and keep it on the watching list:

1 new wholesaler always need time to better its customer services
2 most of its products pic was not original/vivid/implicit
3 the PayPal account was too new to deal with.
