Meritline.com Review: Good seller or not? Scam or not ?
It was hard for me to identify seller like Meritine.com, which had US entity but operate in China. It was even not a small wholesaler. We had seen lots of similar wholesalers making big deals in this way.
Is Meritline.com legit? Is it a scam?
The domain registered in 1999. It was not a scammer. It was legitimate company registered in US. According to its help articles, meritline.com had US warehouse and China warehouse. (Some clients even claimed that they had received items from Singapore).
Product reviews in meritline.com
Some wholesalers copied reviews for better position in Google search result, others deleted negative reviews to keep their intact image, while meritline.com just leave the reviews alone. It was the best way, and the only way to keep clients. It was not only about delivering the right expectation, but also keep transparent to your client.
The product reviews in meritline.com had 5 stars rating. Only the verified buyer could rate the products, so the reviews in meritline.com would be the real users. I just checked the product reviews randomly, low rating; even negative rating could be found. Wasn`t it great?
Remember to check the reviews and inquire your concerns before you buy.
Meritline.com customer`s satisfaction
I just saw a few wholesalers reply clients` complaints on the public forums/sites.Meritline.com was one of them. I checked almost all the rating on resellerrating.com, most of the comments were 5 stars, and only a few were 0 or 1. The research was really impressive. Meritline.com, is listing there.
Conclusion
Blank Media, flash memory, ink&toner were the heroes in meritline.com. It seemed to expand its categories to weddings and other hot selling items. I just had some concerns on the ink&toner categories, which were quite hard for buyer to identify the fakes from the genuines, especially those OEM items.(Thought Meritline.com did mark “remanufactured” “refurbished” in some other items).
Anyway, meritline.com was a good shopping destination.
