Starzmart.com Review: a smart  choice or awful seller?Scam or not

It seemed my prediction always was right. I was concern that more China wholesalers operated under an US entity when I wrote the review of

pickegg.com.I just got another example , called Starzmart.com. My judgement was simple- another Chinese wholesaler with a west pear.

Starzmart.com Just another China wholesaler ?

I got an email from this Starzmart.com,which invited me to be their business partner. I could not found its contact address, until I saw its SSL certification issued by Thwale,

The certification was assigned to Chong Qing Shi Meng Network Technology Ltd, which only had a limited info on Google.

After searching online, I got its Chinese home page, which told me that it located in Chong Qing City.

023-67765833 was their contact No.

It was no doubt that they were operated in China, and serving you thousand miles away

The Chong Qing Shi Meng Network tech ltd , also operated the following websites: both of them  were registered with the same email address - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

chinatabletspcs.com/    androidtabletspcs.com/

Both sites were listed in the top places when you search the keywords contained in the domains : china tablets PC, android tablet PC

The sites had almost the same design but different contact email, no phone contacts/ address--which were almost the same as starzmart.com.

They should had more associated websites, which should be under the same registration email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , according to other clients. I would add more once got more insight.

How about the services

No contract address, no 3rd party verification & promoting in a low cost affiliate network erased my confidence.

Only small seller could invest in this way. Indeed, the size did not matter when we talk about services quality. However,

I talked about the basic and fundamental services: whether they could maintain their business and keep your payment safe. (I

recapped some of the wholesalers I reviewed, unfortunately, some of them were already gone. )

Products of Starzmart.com

Gadgets? not competitive at all, when other wholesaler, like dinodirect.com offer 50% or even 84% off discount. Prices were always

the powerful weapon for the big seller, not the small ones.

Associated websites scam issue

I could not say Smart on its staff, for some client report a scam on it. I also checked their communication record listed below, not so cool.

"The tablet is made in China, with high quality and good performance. Could you please have a try, it will not let you down.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact with us.

Could you please kindly accept partial refund of $50, and keep the Tablet? It do comes with high quality, you can have a try.....

It will cost you a lot about the postage and a long time for us to get it. Besides, the price is so favorable. So we strongly suggest you to keep it and accept our partial refund."

All the wording focus on " please accept it" , but not "fix your trouble"

Conclusion

I could not understand why they ignore the most important part of client services: smooth communication. No phone contacts, no contact adress, trying to protented to be a US company -- did it worth or not? At least, telling your client your contact adress/phone NO. was not a bad thing to do.
