1 Legal Issue

It is a legal company, but its staff does not know what is “legal” for they are spamming my site! So I preferred to take it as legal spamming wholesaler.

2 Products

It did not sell the dangerous “Brand Phone”, and focused on the “Non-Brand” items. However, it did not offer any warranty for the products for most of them were made by China located small factories. Most of their Electronics manufactories located in Shenzhen, where was very famous for its leading position in global electronics manufacturing.

3 Payments

Not like import from the big manufacturers, EpathChina only focused on wholesale, which mean you can payment direct to the merchant by PayPal or any other payment gateway.
However, one of the issue was there was no Escrow for this payment, because you were making a deal with a trade company

4 when you received something not as what you ordered

1 Try to contact with EpathChina`s services agent (However, I am not optimistic on those “Spammer” who cannot distinguish communication, spamming or promoting)

2 Issue a dispute in PayPal, or even issue a Change Back in your credit card company.
3 Post your case everywhere, especially website like ReviewFBI ! lol

 5 EpathChina Scam

When you search EpathChina Scam on Google.com, you may find some of "spam message" which are post by epachinachina`s staff. . I think it is a good thing that EpathChina  are caring about their reputation. As far as I know, EpathChina is not a big wholesaler. It means that they are looking at each order, so it is not a good choice to scam. However, we are prudent to say “ no scam in epathChina” for electronics products always has lots issues such as receiving not-as-described items.

Anyway, when you buy from the China Wholesaler, you may not realize that you are making business with a trade company. To build a trust relationship is quite hard, so I suggest that you testing order will always be a good option to learn more about your future business partners.
Last word: “Dear EpathChina Staff please did not spam ReviewFBI again!”

About a week after Christmas both units stopped working! I have tried to contact EpahChina.com to get technical support for these units via E-mail (twice), via EpahChina.com's web site "Support" link and via EpahChina.com's web site "Trouble ticket" link! Full refund --- only because of the technical problems (wrong memory capacities, wrong localized formats, no signal and product colors that are different from what you explicitly request,) And also, the item is in totally good condition; there have no scratches or other similar signs on the surface of the item; . Partial refund --- if there are damages on the appearance, the repairing charges for the damaged parts should be deduct from the total refund amount. Reply 1   0
