This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!

At the end of March I bought a Bridesmaid dress from the company. It said that the dress would be here the next week. However, the dress did not arrive and I began to worry. I E-mailed the company trying to get my order number( they never E-mailed one to my E-mail account) with no response. I again tried several days later trying to contact them about the dress color because I began to worry about the validity of the company, again no response. After 4 repeated attempts to contact the comapny via Email I tried to drop a ticket. However, the website did not recognize the email. Out of desperation I tried to contact them by the pre- sales online chat. One of the representatives was helpful and gave me my order number. However he did not give me any other information about the dress color or to varify if even they were going to send my order. Another week went by (it\'s been over a month) and I tried again to contact them thorugh the pre- sales chat. They informed me that my order shipped. It arrived a couple of days ago and it is the wrong color, wrong size, and too late in arriving!! I am trying to send it back but the online chat people keep ending my chat session because I am upset and want my money back.

It is a complete scam. I am calling them in to my card company as a scam. I am so upset!! This company is a joke. Learn from my mistake and don\'t order from them!
