I bought a $45 product from DinoDirect, they sent me the wrong product. In their responses to reviews on this site they talk about \"fair compensation\". They don\'t use the word \"refund\" because they dont do refunds. Anyway, their idea of fair compensation for my $45 spend and (entirely) their error is, a $15 gift certificate so I c buy more crap from them.  i approached Paypal to get my money back, they simply said \"No\" and ignored all my subsequent email protests.
