Live Helper is an offordable live chat solution, for it has lots of great function. There are 3 package packages available: Basic, Pro and Corporate. Because Livehelper is provided on an ASP basis, the solution can be completely customizable to meet your individual needs. Researched many sites and reviews for a pay live support product. Livehelper was
rated the best by some company so I decided to go with it. In my
opinion….

· Phone support is unable to resolve issues relating to billing
or technical problems.
· Email support may take your issue or found bugs and
reply saying the issue has been fixed but it has not.
· The offline, leave a
message option does not work.
· The “Browse List” option that shows
visitors on your website does not refresh or show traffic in real time. You can
close the program and restart to see current visitors. If you do not close and
restart the client the visitors currently on your site will not refresh and it
will appear they have been on the website for days.
· I was billed $53 in the
second month for a service that is advertised at 39.95 a month.
· Overall
support sucks. They may answer the phone but its like talking to a brick wall
and...
